Essentialy talking water-proof here as in getting caught in rain storm type! If your like me you got the rain suit covered and over the years I know I've been through numerous brand name boots claiming to be water proof.Well after getting caught in who knows how many down pours over the years;I found 1 thing that actualy works and only cost me a 1.50 at the dollar store. Its fuckin Goolashes you know those rubber booties that we all thought was retarded as kids lol.Now mind you I am still in search of the perfect boot that is really water proof + comfortable but if you got something please share

YEP, been using them for years.  It keeps the water out of the seams.  I also use goulashes when the temps drop and my toes start getting cold.  It stops the wind from coming through the seams also.
